Here at Premier Performance Training, I have created a platform and a concept for all sporting athletes and fitness enthusiasts to be the best they can in their sport.
Whether they compete at a professional level or are young athletes coming through the academy system, Premier Performance Training designs and plans all their own programmes to suit the individual athlete whilst using the latest equipment.
Fine tuning an athlete physically is one thing and can take hours, weeks and even months of hard physical work, but fine-tuning an athletes mindset can take months or even years. In any sport today, the demands are very high physically to be in the best shape possible, mentally there are no limits, the demands are higher, staying positive, focused and being mentally prepared plays a big part in any sport.
In the past few years of coaching/training athletes, I’ve noticed different strengths, each one of them has a different training technique to ultimately achieve their individual goals. My professional career has now ended, however, I feel this has enabled me to utilise many skills that I have developed throughout the years.
This has, therefore, helped me to be able to identify that the 4 main components in order to be successful are:
